随着社会经济的快速发展,制造业企业作为我国经济发展的基础产业,其资金管理在企业管理活动中占据非常重要的位置,一旦企业没有完善的进行资金管理,在财务支付方面出现问题,对企业未来的影响可能是灾难性的。现今,我国制造企业的资金管理仍属于相对薄弱的环节,成本控制以及支配资金方面经常出现较大问题,企业因此面临着更大的竞争以及挑战。本文就我国制造企业在目前发展过程中进行资金管理出现的问题进行细致的分析,并提出了相应的应对策略。
With the rapid development of society and economy, as the basic industries of China’s economic development, the manufacturing enterprises occupy a very important position in the business management activities. Once the enterprises do not perfect fund management, there are problems in the financial payment. The future impact of the business can be catastrophic. Nowadays, the capital management of manufacturing enterprises in our country still belongs to a relatively weak link. As a result, cost control and capital control often face major problems. As a result, enterprises face greater competition and challenges. This article analyzes the problems that the manufacturing enterprises of our country appear in the fund management in the current development process and puts forward corresponding coping strategies.
