将超声波震荡悬浮液进样技术应用于火焰原子吸收光谱法,成功的测定了钙镁片药剂中的钙镁含量,将试样悬浮于琼脂胶体中制成悬浮液,直接喷入空气-乙炔火焰,用标准加入法测定,并将与灰化法测定结果进行了比较,经t检验,在显著性水平α=0.05时两种方法无显著性差异,相对偏差小于1.0%,此法快速简单准确。
The ultrasonic oscillatory suspension sampling technique was applied to flame atomic absorption spectrometry to successfully determine the calcium and magnesium content of calcium and magnesium tablets. The sample was suspended in agar gel to make a suspension and sprayed directly into the air-acetylene flame , Which was determined by standard addition method and compared with the results of ashing method. There was no significant difference between the two methods at the significance level of α = 0.05 by the t-test, the relative deviation was less than 1.0%, this method was quick and simple and accurate .
