随着我国房地产事业的不断崛起,我国国民的法律意识以及物权意识也在不断增强,对房产档案的重视与利用力度也随之加大。房产档案是处理房地产经济与刑事案件的重要依据,对城市房地产建设以及房地产各项投资决策的准确性具有重大意义。现今很多房地产企业建立了房产档案,并将其应用到实际工作中,就目前的应用现状来看房产档案查询利用还存在一定问题,需要采取相应的应对方法加以解决,充分发挥房产档案在房地产企业发展中的积极作用。
