目的观察三清方饮料对干酵母所致SD大鼠发热的解热作用以及对胃热证模型大鼠基础代谢的影响。方法通过皮下注射20%酵母悬液后测定各组1、2、4、6、8、9 h的体温;采用1 g/ml干姜水煎剂结合8%干辣椒粉乙醇混悬液灌服的方法制备胃热证模型大鼠,检查给药前后各组动物舌色、粪便质地及尿液颜色等临床症状,检测24 h摄食量、饮水量、粪便量、尿量,肉眼观察胃粘膜病理变化。结果酵母悬液注射后8、9 h高峰期,三清方饮料高剂量组的体温升高值较空白对照组低;与模型组相比,三清方饮料组饮水量、粪便量、尿量有所减少,整体胃粘膜充血现象减轻、无糜烂,胃粘膜病变分数显著低于模型对照组(P<0.05)。结论经口给予6.36 g/kg剂量的三清方饮料对干酵母所致SD大鼠发热有一定的解热作用,经口给予3.18 g/kg剂量的三清方饮料能缓解胃热证模型大鼠的饮水量增加、胃粘膜充血等部分胃热证相关症状和体征,具有一定的清胃热作用。
