目的研究降纤酶联合低分子肝素钙治疗糖尿病性脑梗死的疗效和安全性。方法选择糖尿病性脑梗死患者40例,用降纤酶10 U+生理盐水250 ml静脉滴注,1 h后低分子肝素钙4100 U皮下注射,每12小时1次,连续5 d。监测凝血活酶时间、血浆纤维蛋白原和颅内出血、皮下黏膜情况。评定:治疗前、后4周神经功能缺损评分和疗效。结果治疗48 h后,显效率55%,有效率77.5%;治疗4周后,显效率65%,有效率87.5%。结论降纤酶联合低分子肝素钙治疗糖尿病性脑梗死安全有效。
Objective To study the efficacy and safety of defibrase combined with low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of diabetic cerebral infarction. Methods Forty patients with diabetic cerebral infarction were treated with intravenous drip of defibrase 10 U + normal saline 250 ml. After 1 h, low molecular weight heparin calcium 4100 U was injected subcutaneously once every 12 hours for 5 days. Monitoring thromboplastin time, plasma fibrinogen and intracranial hemorrhage, subcutaneous mucosal conditions. Assessment: 4 weeks before and after treatment, neurological deficit score and efficacy. Results After 48 h of treatment, the effective rate was 55% and the effective rate was 77.5%. After 4 weeks of treatment, the effective rate was 65% and the effective rate was 87.5%. Conclusion Defibrase combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium is safe and effective for the treatment of diabetic cerebral infarction.
