基于细集料填充系数的水泥稳定碎石性能研究

水泥稳定碎石混合料的结构状态直接影响其力学性能和路用性能。文中首次提出了水泥稳定碎石筛控级配设计方法及其结构指标细集料填充系数。通过大量的室内试验及数据分析表明,细集料填充系数在0.46~0.87范围内增长时,水泥稳定碎石力学指标呈先增长后减小的变化规律,但不同指标的变化速率有差别;其抗冻系数呈先增长迅速后增长缓慢的变化规律;其干缩系数和温缩系数的变化规律与抗冻系数相反;其冲刷质量损失呈持续增长的变化规律。综合分析水泥稳定碎石力学性能和路用性能受细集料填充系数变化的影响规律,确定其合理范围为0.63~0.75,此时4.75mm筛孔的通过率范围为27%~33%。 The structural state of cement stabilized macadam mixture directly affects its mechanical properties and road performance. In this paper, the graded design method of cement stabilized macadam and the filling factor of fine aggregate for its structural index are put forward for the first time. Through a large number of laboratory tests and data analysis, it shows that when the filling coefficient of fine aggregate increases from 0.46 to 0.87, the mechanical indexes of cement stabilized macadam increase first and then decrease, but the rate of change of different indexes is different. The frost resistance coefficient showed a slow increase after the first rapid increase. The variation law of the shrinkage coefficient and the temperature shrinkage coefficient was opposite to that of the antifreeze coefficient. The erosion mass loss showed a continuously increasing variation. Comprehensive analysis of cement stabilized macadam mechanical properties and road performance by fine aggregate fill factor changes, the reasonable range of 0.63 ~ 0.75, the pass rate of 4.75mm mesh at 27% to 33%.
