[目的]调查成都地区不同年龄、不同收入人群对社区卫生服务各不满意项的关注程度。[方法]通过发放调查表的方式调查成都地区不同年龄、不同收入人群对社区卫生服务10个主要不满意项的关注程度,比较各不满意项之间以及不同年龄、不同收入人群对各不满意项关注程度的差异。[结果]医疗技术、服务态度、诊疗认真程度和候诊时间等是成都地区社区卫生服务最受关注的内容(平均关注指数分别达到4.342、3.696、1.888和1.521,与平均值1.364相比P﹤0.05);而医生看病时接电话和检查、检验等报告时间长则较容易得到理解,关注指数明显低于平均值(P﹤0.05);部分不满意项受关注程度与年龄和收入有明显关系。[结论]成都地区对社区卫生服务各不满意项的关注程度差异有统计学意义,并与患者的年龄和收入明显相关。
[Objective] To investigate the different levels of attention of different income groups in community health service in Chengdu area. [Methods] Through questionnaire survey, we investigated the different levels of attention paid to 10 major dissatisfied items of community health services of different age groups and different income groups in Chengdu area, compared dissatisfaction with dissatisfied items and between different age groups and different income groups The difference in level of concern. [Results] The most attention was paid to community health service in Chengdu (average attention index reached 4.342, 3.696, 1.888 and 1.521, respectively, P <0.05 compared with the average of 1.364), and the medical skills, service attitude, diagnosis and treatment waiting time, ); While the doctors received the phone when the doctor and examination, inspection and other reports for a long time is easier to understand, attention index was significantly lower than the average (P <0.05); part of the dissatisfaction with the degree of concern and age and income have a clear relationship. [Conclusion] There was a significant difference in the degree of concern about the dissatisfaction items of community health service in Chengdu area, which was obviously related to the age and income of the patients.
