目的 :观察重组人表皮生长因子 (recombinanthumanepidermalgrowthfactor ,rhEGF)涂膜剂对皮肤创面的保护作用和药物缓释的治疗意义及其对促进芥子气皮肤中毒乳猪模型创面愈合的影响。方法 :选用断乳乳猪制作芥子气皮肤中毒模型 ,采用自身空白对照 ,比较rhEGF涂膜剂对两组创面形态、愈合时间、组织结构、超微结构的影响 ,应用免疫组化检测染毒后 6h ,2 4hIL 6和IL 8表达。结果 :治疗组愈合时间 (8.75± 1.39)d ,明显早于对照组(17.38± 1.92 )d ,P <0 .0 0 1;治疗组组织学和超微结构恢复明显优于对照组 ;染毒后 6h在对照组表皮、毛囊上皮及动静脉和淋巴管内皮细胞有IL 6和IL 8表达 ,至 2 4h达高峰 ,表达量明显高于治疗组。结论 :rhEGF涂膜剂能有效抗炎和保护芥子气染毒皮肤创面并使药物缓释 ,促进芥子气皮肤中毒创面的愈合。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the protective effect of rhEGF coating agent on skin wounds and the therapeutic effect of drug release and its effect on the healing of wounds of mustard gas poisoning piglets exposed to rhizobial gastritis. Methods: The model of mustard gas poisoning was made by using weanling suckling pigs. The blank control was used to compare the effect of rhEGF coating on the wound morphology, healing time, tissue structure and ultrastructure of the two groups. , 2 4 hIL 6 and IL 8 expression. Results: The healing time of the treatment group (8.75 ± 1.39) d was significantly earlier than that of the control group (17.38 ± 1.92) days, P <0.01; the histological and ultrastructural recovery of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group; After 6h, the expression of IL-6 and IL-8 in epidermis, hair follicle epithelium, arteriovenous and lymphatic endothelial cells in the control group reached the peak at 24 hours, and the expression level was significantly higher than that in the treatment group. CONCLUSION: RhEGF coating can effectively prevent inflammation and protect the wound surface of mustard-poisoned skin and prolong the release of drug, and promote the healing of mustard gas poisoning wound.
