The 17th CPC National Congress put forward the great new project of promoting party building in an all-round way in the spirit of reform and innovation and put forward explicit requirements on the party building in social organizations including the lawyer profession. How to strengthen and improve party building in the bar industry in the new situation and continuously enhance the creativity, cohesion and combat effectiveness of grassroots party organizations in the lawyer industry and improve the scientific level of party building work are the important issues currently facing the judicial administrative organs and lawyer management departments.
