进入21世纪以来,中国的汽车产量从2000年的207万辆,转瞬间跃升到2008年的938万辆,2009年可能达到1200万辆以上。因此,汽车产业的节材、省能、减排、降低生产成本就成为了头等要务,在这些方面,粉末冶金汽车零件的应用与开发具有无法替代的作用。为促进粉末冶金产业发展,美国MPIF(金属粉末工业联合会)从1995年开始,每年举行一次粉末冶金设计竞赛,竞赛设大奖与优秀奖两个奖项。据统计,从1998~2009年参加竞赛获奖的零件共计156个,其中粉末冶金汽车零件50个。从这些获奖零件可以明显看出,粉末冶金汽车零件正在向高密度、高强度、形状复杂的零件、组合零件及成组零件的方向发展。为供相关业者参考,本刊从本期起将陆续介绍这50种获奖零件。
Since entering the 21st century, the output of China’s automobiles has jumped from 2.07 million in 2000 to 9.38 million in 2008, reaching 12 million in 2009. Therefore, saving the car industry, saving energy, reducing emissions, reducing production costs has become a top priority, in these areas, the application of powder metallurgy automobile parts and development has an irreplaceable role. In order to promote the development of the powder metallurgy industry, MPIF (Metal Powder Industry Federation) of the United States has held two awards of powder metallurgy design competition, competition design award and excellence award each year since 1995. According to the statistics, from 1998 to 2009, there were 156 winning parts in the contest, of which 50 are powder metallurgy auto parts. It is evident from these award-winning parts that powder metallurgy automotive parts are being marketed toward high-density, high-strength, complex-shape parts, assembly parts and group components. For reference for the relevant industry, this issue will be introduced from the beginning of this 50 winning parts.
