用人类大肠癌细胞株 HI29作抗原,融合成三株杂交瘤细胞 Hb_3、Ab_5和 Ad_5,用间接免疫荧光检查,发现这三株细胞产生的抗体,对人类结肠癌组织反应的阳性率分别为86%,45%和58%。三株抗体也对胃癌、胰腺癌和肺癌呈阳性反应。但对肾癌和各种肉瘤组织阴性。三株抗体对正常结肠上皮阴性。所以能鉴别结肠癌和正常大肠上皮组织。具有相对的器管特异性。用聚丙洗胺电泳结合放射自显影发现:Hb_3作用抗原
Using human colorectal cancer cell line HI29 as antigen, three hybridoma cells, Hb_3, Ab_5, and Ad_5, were fused to each other. Using indirect immunofluorescence, it was found that the antibodies generated by these three cells were positive for human colon cancer tissues and the response rate was 86. %, 45% and 58%. The three antibodies also showed positive responses to gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer, and lung cancer. However, it is negative for kidney cancer and various sarcoma tissues. Three antibodies were negative for normal colon epithelium. So can identify colon cancer and normal large intestine epithelium. Relative tube specificity.
