目的研究清轻胶囊的辅助降血脂功能。方法采用预防脂代谢紊乱模型法,设200、400、800mg/kgBW三个剂量组和空白对照组、高脂模型对照组,每天灌胃给予样品,并同时喂饲高脂饲料,于给样30d后,取血分别测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)等指标。结果清轻胶囊剂量组的TC、TG水平较高脂模型对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论清轻胶囊具有辅助降血脂功能作用。
Objective To study the effect of Qing Qing Capsule on blood lipid reduction. Methods The method of prevention of lipid metabolism disorder was used. 200, 400 and 800 mg/kg BW three dose groups and blank control group and high-fat model control group were given. Samples were given by gavage every day, and fed with high-fat diet at the same time. After the blood was drawn, serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C) were measured. Results The levels of TC and TG in the Qingqing capsules group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion Qingqing capsule has the function of assisting blood fat lowering.
