对含间隙的凸轮分度机构动力学模型进行了深入研究 ,建立了计及间隙与阻尼等多种影响因素的凸轮分度机构非线性动力学方程 ,并采用 GEAR方法进行了求解计算 ,经与实验测试结果分析比较 ,验证了本文建立的动力学模型是正确的
The kinematic model of cam indexing mechanism with gap is studied in depth. The nonlinear dynamic equation of cam indexing mechanism considering various influencing factors such as clearance and damping is established and solved by GEAR method. Analysis and comparison of experimental test results verify that the dynamic model established in this paper is correct
