目的了解我院护士服用中药汤剂存在的不合理现象,并对不合理现象产生原因进行分析。方法采用自制量表进行访谈式调查,以各现象和原因出现频率从高到低排列后,计算累积频率,以累积频率<80%的为主要现象和主要原因。结果在服用中药汤剂过程中,存在不合理现象的人数比例为88.03%。主要不合理现象依次是“未遵照特殊要求服用”、“自行停止服药”、“漏服药”、“不按时服药”和“不按要求次数服药”。其中“未遵照特殊要求服用”的主要原因是“难以做到”、“缺乏指导”和“不重视”;“自行停止服药”的主要原因是“不适应汤剂口感”和“疗效不理想”;而“漏服药”、“不按时服药”和“不按要求次数服药”的主要原因均是“遗忘”和“生活作息不规律”。结论患者服用中药汤剂的过程中出现不合理现象较为普遍,是影响中药临床疗效的重要因素之一,应加以重视并加强药学指导和监护。
Objective To understand the unreasonable phenomenon of taking traditional Chinese medicine decoction by nurses in our hospital and to analyze the causes of unreasonable phenomena. Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to conduct an interview survey. After all the phenomena and causes were arranged in descending order of frequency, the cumulative frequency was calculated. The cumulative frequency was less than 80% as the main phenomenon and the main reason. Results In the process of taking traditional Chinese medicine decoction, the proportion of unreasonable persons was 88.03%. The main unreasonable phenomenon followed by “did not follow the special requirements of taking ”, “to stop taking medicine ”, “missed medication ”, “not taking medicine on time ” and “not according to the required number of medication ”. One of the main reasons why “not taking special requirements ” is “difficult to achieve ”, “lack of guidance ” and “do not care ”; “self-stop taking medicine To adapt to the taste of decoction ”and “ the effect is not ideal ”; and “ leak medication ”, “ do not take medicine on time ”and “ do not press the number of times to take medicine ”the main reason is“ forgotten And ”irregular work and rest ". Conclusion The unreasonable phenomenon appeared in the process of Chinese medicine decoction is common and is one of the important factors that affect the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine. It should be paid attention to and strengthened the guidance and custody of pharmacy.
