如何提高教学效率是当今教育工作者普遍关注的热点。爱因斯坦曾说:“符合兴趣的学习能使学生达到最优化效果。保持对所学知识的浓厚兴趣,是提高学习效率的根本秘诀。”中学生对事物的感知往往是凭直觉上的好恶,而不是经过理性的分析。这种认知倾向,在课堂上的表现,就是对感兴趣的内容听得津津有味,而对那些不感兴趣的,则心不在焉,甚至视而不见,充耳不闻。针对这种现象,我们该如何激发学生的学习兴趣,提高语文教师的教学效率呢?仁者见仁,智者见智。下面我简单谈几点自己的体会。

In response to this phenomenon, how do we stimulate students’ interest in learning and improve the teaching efficiency of Chinese teachers? Here I briefly talk about their own experience.
