《中华人民共和国教师法》(以下简称《教师法》)是一部新形势下加强教师队伍建设的重要法律。它对于依法治教,维护教师的合法权益,加强教师队伍的规范化管理,都具有十分重要的意义。现就实施《教师法》的若干问题,提出如下意见: 一、关于《教师法》的适用范围 《教师法》第二条所称“教师”是指:各级人民政府举办的幼儿园,普通小学,特殊教育学校,工读学校,技工学校,普通中学,职业中学,中等专业学校,全日制普通高等学校,高等职业学校,成建制初、中、高等成人学
