目的:探讨64排螺旋CT检查肾积水的评价。方法:对临床疑诊肾积水的52例患者行64排螺旋CT容积扫描及尿路三维重建。结果:52例患者均有不同程度肾盂积水及部分输尿管扩张,其中肾盂输尿管连接部良性狭窄4例,巨输尿管1例,腔静脉后输尿管4例,输尿管结石18例,输尿管结核3例,输尿管癌8例。腹膜后纤维化3例。CT图像不仅能清晰显示肾积水的程度,还可以明确输尿管梗阻的部位及原因。结论:64排螺旋CT是评价肾积水程度及梗阻原因的重要影像学方法。
Objective: To evaluate the evaluation of hydronephrosis by 64-slice spiral CT. Methods: Fifty-two patients with clinically suspected hydronephrosis were examined by 64-slice spiral CT volume scan and three-dimensional reconstruction of urinary tract. Results: 52 patients had different degrees of hydronephrosis and partial ureteral dilation, of which 4 cases of benign ureteropelvic junction stricture, 1 case of giant ureter, 4 cases of vena cava after ureteral calculi in 18 cases, 3 cases of ureteral tuberculosis, ureteral 8 cases of cancer. Retroperitoneal fibrosis in 3 cases. CT images can not only clearly show the degree of hydronephrosis, ureter obstruction can also clear the site and the reasons. Conclusion: 64-slice spiral CT is an important imaging method for evaluating the degree of hydronephrosis and the cause of obstruction.
