高职院校的实训室既是培养学生实践能力的重要场所,也是专业建设的核心内容之一,更是衡量一个专业教学水平、管理水平、科研及社会服务能力的重要标志。本文主要对民办高职院校如何更有效的整合社会资源,建设出既能满足实训教学又能服务社会,与社会共享、共赢的开放性实训室进行了深入剖析,并提出了变消耗型实训室为可持续发展型实训室的建设与管理思路。
The training room in vocational colleges is not only an important place to cultivate students’ practical abilities, but also one of the core contents of professional construction. It is also an important indicator to measure a professional teaching level, management level, scientific research and social service ability. This paper mainly analyzes how private higher vocational colleges can integrate social resources more effectively and constructs an open training room which can meet the practical training and serve the society, share with the society and win-win situation.
