我矿坑内生产,长期以来在采用重力自溜放矿工艺的同时实行放矿闸门机械化。放矿过程中,卡漏、结拱和悬拱现象比较多,常造成溜井放矿的堵塞,在采用压风处理堵塞时增高了粉尘浓度,严重污染了作业环境。为此在学习外地经验的基础上在本矿溜井口试用了自制的LZ—Ⅱ型振动出矿机。由使用表明该机具有节能、降尘、易控、劳动强度低、设备简单、作业安全、投资少等
