目的:考察头孢噻肟钠在葡萄糖注射液中的稳定性及其与苯唑西林钠配伍的可能性,为临床使用提供依据.方法:HPLC法分离、测定头孢噻肟钠及其降解产物,同时现察一定时间内配伍液的外观、pH值变化.结果:其稳定性主要与温度和时间有关,苯唑西林钠对其稳定性无影响.结论;两者可以配伍;头孢肟钠单独使用和与苯唑西林钠配伍,在葡萄糖注射液中 4℃时,48h以上稳定;25℃和37℃时,分别在12h和4h内稳定.
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the stability of cefotaxime sodium in glucose injection and its compatibility with oxacillin sodium, and provide the basis for clinical use.METHODS: Cefotaxime sodium and its degradation products were determined by HPLC, The results showed that the stability was mainly related to temperature and time, and the effect of oxacillin sodium on its stability was insignificant.Conclusion: The two drugs can be used in combination with cefotaxime sodium alone and And oxacillin sodium compatibility, glucose injection at 4 ℃, more than 48h stable; 25 ℃ and 37 ℃, respectively, within 12h and 4h stable.
