乙烯和四氧化碳的调聚产物——α,α,α,ω-,四氯代烷(C_3-C_9组分)用以保温砖为载体,阿匹松M、硅弹性体、或高真空硅油为固定液的色谱柱,在柱温170℃左右进行分析时,由于载体的催化作用在柱内进行分解而影响分析的准确度。采用以玻璃砂为载体的0.5%阿匹松M柱分析这个同系物时不但完全消除了分解现象,而且增进分离效率为更高组分的分析提供有利条件。

The analysis of this homologue with a 0.5% abamectin M column using glass sand as a carrier not only completely eliminated the decomposition phenomenon, but also enhanced the separation efficiency to provide favorable conditions for the analysis of higher components.
