毛泽东作为我国近现代历史上著名的无产阶级革命家、政治家、军事家以及思想家,在中国革命进程以及社会主义制度构建过程中发挥着极为重大的作用。对其青少年时期求学之路的分析与思考,对于现阶段人才培养工作的开展,有着十分关键性的作用。本文旨在从毛泽东学习之路的探究为切入点,对毛泽东的人格魅力进行挖掘,深入分析其对当今社会的影响,从而为人才培养方式的优化提供一定的借鉴,激发了当代学生的学习热情。
As a famous proletarian revolutionary, statesman, militarist and thinker in our country’s modern history, Mao Zedong played an extremely important role in the process of the Chinese revolution and the construction of the socialist system. The analysis and reflection on the way of studying for their teenagers play a very crucial role in carrying out personnel training at the present stage. This paper aims to explore the charisma of Mao Zedong from the study of Mao Zedong’s path of learning and to deeply analyze its influence on the present society so as to provide some reference for the optimization of the training methods and stimulate the enthusiasm of contemporary students .
