目的观察百令胶囊对环孢素A大鼠免疫功能是否有调节作用。方法雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组(C组,n=8)、模型组(M组,n=8)、百令组(T组,n=8)。第十二周末用流式细胞仪检测大鼠外周血T细胞亚群(CD4+、CD8+)、B细胞(CD45RA+)及NK细胞(CD161a+)占淋巴细胞的百分比,计算CD4+/CD8+比例。ELISA法测定外周血血清中IgG,IgM含量。结果 M组及T组的CD4+、CD8+T细胞及NK细胞占外周血淋巴细胞百分比与C组比较有增高趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);M组CD4+/CD8+比值显著低于C组(P<0.05),T组CD4+/CD8+比值显著高于M组(P<0.05)。与C组比较,M组外周B细胞占淋巴细胞的百分比及血清IgG,IgM含量显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),与M组比较,T组外周B细胞占淋巴细胞的百分比及血清IgG、IgM含量显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论百令胶囊对环孢A肾病大鼠免疫失调及低下具有调节和促进作用。
Objective To observe whether Bailing capsule can regulate the immune function of rats with cyclosporine A. Methods Male SD rats were randomly divided into control group (C group, n=8), model group (M group, n=8), Bailing group (T group, n=8). At the end of the twelfth week, peripheral blood T cell subsets (CD4+, CD8+), B cells (CD45RA+), and NK cells (CD161a+) were counted by flow cytometry. The ratio of CD4+/CD8+ was calculated. The serum IgG, IgM levels were determined by ELISA. Results The percentage of CD4+, CD8+ T cells and NK cells in the peripheral blood lymphocytes in the M and T groups increased compared with that in the C group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); the CD4+/CD8+ ratio was significantly lower in the M group. In group C (P<0.05), the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ in group T was significantly higher than that in group M (P<0.05). Compared with group C, percentage of peripheral lymphocytes in group M and serum IgG and IgM were significantly lower in group M (P<0.05, P<0.01). Percentage of peripheral B cells in lymphocytes and serum in group T were compared with group M. The content of IgG and IgM increased significantly (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion Bailing capsule can regulate and promote immune dysfunction and hypoxia in rats with cyclosporine A nephropathy.
