目的了解宾阳县华支睾吸虫病流行和危害情况。方法根据行政区划和地理特征,随机选取调查点。用醛醚集卵法粪检、用问诊和体检了解华支睾吸虫对人群感染和危害情况;用压碎法、直接压片或人工消化法检查中间宿主螺、鱼类的自然感染情况;用粪检虫卵或剖检动物肝、胆查找成虫的方法了解保虫宿主的感染情况。结果在11个乡镇3个农场共调查14 448人,人群平均感染率为24.73%,感染率成人高于儿童,男性高于女性(P<0.01),干部高于农民和学生(P<0.01),有35.14%的感染者出现不同程度的临床症状和体征;发现第一中间宿主3种,第二中间宿主7种;保虫宿主以家犬和猫为主。结论县境内华支睾吸虫病流行广泛,危害严重,人群感染的主要方式是吃生鱼,应加强卫生宣传教育,改变人们不良的饮食习惯。
Objective To understand the prevalence and harm of Clonorchis sinensis in Binyang County. Methods Based on the administrative divisions and geographical features, randomly selected investigation points. With aldehyde ether ovulation fecal seizures, with the diagnosis and physical examination to understand the human infection and the harm of Clonorchis sinensis; using crush method, direct compression or artificial digestion method to check the intermediate host snail, the natural infection of fish; With fecal insect eggs or autopsy animals, liver, gall, check the method of adult worms to understand the infestation host infection. Results A total of 14 448 people were investigated in 3 farms in 11 townships. The average infection rate was 24.73%. The infection rate in adults was higher than that in children (P <0.01). The cadres were higher than those in peasants and students (P <0.01) , 35.14% of the infected patients showed different degrees of clinical symptoms and signs; found that the first intermediate host 3, the second intermediate host 7 species; Conclusion Clonorchis sinensis in the county has a wide range of epidemics and serious harm. The main mode of infection among the population is to eat raw fish. Health publicity and education should be strengthened to change people’s bad eating habits.
