白芷(Bletilla striata Reichb. fil)的块茎用于治疗肺出血和肺结核。在前文中,作者报道了从白芷的乙酸乙酯提取物中得到的五个抗菌新化合物(两个二氢菲和三个联苄)的结构测定。从乙酸乙酯提取物的进一步研究中分离到三个新联菲化合物即白芷联菲A~C(blestriarencs A~C),以及已知化合物山药素Ⅲ(batatasinⅢ)和3′-O-甲基山药素Ⅲ(3′-O-methyl batatasinⅢ)。本文报道这三个新化合物的分离及光谱测定结构。
Tubers of Bletilla striata Reichb. fil are used to treat pulmonary hemorrhage and tuberculosis. In the foregoing, the authors reported the structural determination of five novel antibacterial compounds (two dihydrophenanthrenes and three bibenzyls) obtained from the ethyl acetate extract of Bletilla striata. Three new phenanthrene compounds, blestriarencs A to C, and known compounds batatasin III and 3’-O-methyl were isolated from further studies of ethyl acetate extracts. 3’-O-methyl batatasin III. This article reports the separation and spectrometric determination of these three new compounds.
