酒精无助于睡眠 很多人认为睡觉前多饮酒有助于解决失眠问题。而加拿大研究人员证实,酒精不但不能缓解失眠问题,还会降低睡眠质量。该研究人员称酒精确实能帮助人们快一点入睡,但在入睡后的时间里,其作用是非常“消极”的。夜晚睡前饮酒多的人在睡眠过程中会频繁醒来,也就是常说的“睡不踏实”,且深度睡眠的时间大大减少,而第二天早晨醒得却格外早。该研究还表明,许多嗜酒者无论在嗜酒期间还是在戒酒后睡眠质量都不是很高,有些嗜酒者甚至在饮酒初期睡眠就存在问题。

The researchers said that alcohol does help people to fall asleep a little faster, but their effect is “very negative” after falling asleep. People who drink alcohol at bedtime often wake up frequently during sleep, which is often said, “sleep is not pragmatic,” and greatly reduce the time of deep sleep, but the next morning awake was exceptionally early. The study also showed that many alcoholics have poor quality of sleep both during and after alcohol abuse and that some alcoholics have problems sleeping even early in their drinking season.
