当前企业一方面面临着外部市场竞争加剧而管理成本随着规模扩大不断上升的挑战,另一方面在传统的管理模式下员工潜力不能得到充分发挥,而构建企业内部创业的商业模式是突破这一双重困境的关键所在。本文以青岛海尔集团为案例,探讨了企业内部创业的不同的商业模式,并通过对内部创业商业模式的决定与影响因素的分析,提出了企业内部创业商业模式的分类矩阵模型,通过经济责任独立性和业务标准化程度,将企业内部创业商业模式分为业务链式、平台式、聚合式和分散式4类,并根据不同类型的商业模式,对与之相匹配的组织管理模式进行了分类研究和探讨,为企业的内部创业商业模式设计和组织管理模式的设计提供相对清晰的原则和有效的工具。
