在一台由2135G型直喷式柴油机改装成的采用多火花助燃的发动机上,研制出一种可燃用纯甲醇的新型燃烧系统——“周向分层燃烧系统”。该系统的主要特点是用中等涡流强度与一个由密到疏布置喷孔的11×0.25喷油嘴相配合,在多火花助燃下,实现在燃烧室壁面附近沿用向的分层燃烧。试验结果表明这种燃烧系统在燃用纯甲醇时,动力性、经济性和工作平稳性与燃用柴油的原机接近。而冷起动性、噪声和排烟指标优于原机。本文探讨了这种燃烧系统的工作原理,并对其设计要点作了说明。
In a modified multi-spark engine from a 2135G direct-injected diesel engine, a new combustion system for pure methanol with flammability was developed, a “circumferential stratified combustion system.” The main feature of the system is the use of a moderate eddy current intensity with a close to the spray nozzle hole arrangement of the 11 × 0.25 match, in the multi-spark combustion, the combustion chamber wall near the direction of the stratified combustion. The test results show that this combustion system in the combustion of pure methanol, power, economy and work stability and diesel engine close to the original machine. The cold start, noise and exhaust indicators better than the original machine. This article explores the working principle of this combustion system and explains the design points.
