广东作为率先发展的地区,经济社会转型较早,在全国相对率先进入各类社会矛盾的凸显期,各类社会矛盾凸显得更早、更多、更充分。妥善化解社会矛盾已成为建设和谐广东的当务之急,成为广东省委、省政府着力破解的新课题。广东省委、省政府坚持以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,全面贯彻落实科学发展观,积极主动地做好化解社会矛盾、维护社会和谐稳定的各项工作,着力构建“富裕、公平、活力、安康”的和谐广东,为化解社会矛盾、构建和谐社会率先探索出新路子,积累了新经验。
Guangdong, as the pioneer region, has been in an early stage of economic and social transition and has been the first country in the country to enter the period of highlighting various social conflicts. All kinds of social conflicts have become even earlier, more and more fully developed. Properly resolving social conflicts has become a top priority for building a harmonious Guangdong and has become a new task for the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government to crack. Under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory and “Three Represents ”, the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government have fully implemented the scientific outlook on development, proactively made every effort to resolve social conflicts and maintain social harmony and stability, and strive to build Guangdong, “rich, fair, energetic and well-being”, Guangdong has taken the lead in exploring new ways to resolve social conflicts and building a harmonious society and has accumulated new experiences.
