海外并购已成为我国企业实施“走出去”战略的重要形式之一。但是,在不断发展壮大的过程中,我国海外投资经常被投资国以威胁其国家安全为由,对我国外资并购进行严格的安全审查,并设置种种障碍,成为我国海外投资安全壁垒。文章在安全壁垒的背景和内容的基础上,重点分析安全壁垒对我国的对外贸易的影响,旨在促进我国对外出口稳定健康的发展。
Overseas M & A has become one of the important forms for Chinese enterprises to implement the strategy of “going global”. However, in the continuous development and expansion, China’s overseas investment is often invested countries to threaten their national security grounds, China’s foreign mergers and acquisitions to conduct a rigorous security review, and set obstacles to become China’s overseas investment security barriers. Based on the background and content of security barriers, the article focuses on the analysis of the impact of security barriers on China’s foreign trade and aims to promote the stable and healthy development of China’s exports.
