根据码头实际情况及要求,桥式抓斗卸船机是港口码头卸料作业的主要设备。这些设备本身都需要一套完善的控制系统,这些控制系统有功率柜、控制柜、变频柜、等较多的设备组成简称叫多传动,在实际生产运行中这些多传动元器件在运行中会散发出大量的热源,如果对这些热源不能有效的进行处理,那将会对多传动正常工作带来一定的危害。本文主要针对这些产生大量热源的设备在安装设计中存在的问题加以改进,确保设备在合理温度下安全运行。
