Among the many factors that have adverse effects on humans, chemicals that can cause long-term effects occupy a special place. This article intends to conduct a hygienic-toxicological literature on representative chemicals that can act as oncogenic precursors for lower aliphatic amines. Amine is a derivative of a hydrogen atom in ammonia substituted by a hydrocarbyl group. Methyl and ethylamine series - methylamine, dimethylamine, trimethylamine, ethylamine, diethylamine and triethylamine, are representatives of lower aliphatic amines, some colorless liquid or have a strong special smell of the gaseous substance. Amine is widely used because of its high reactivity. In the rubber vulcanization accelerator, synthetic fibers and resins, pesticides, organic dyes, methionine fortified feed or vitamin fortified feed, plant growth regulators and pharmaceutical preparations as raw materials or intermediates. Amines are widely found in the natural environment
