采用中西医结合方法治疗类风湿性关节炎 (RA) 6 1例 (治疗组 ) ,并与单纯西药治疗31例 (对照组 )进行疗效对比观察。结果表明 :(1)治疗组总有效率为 95 0 8% ,对照组为83 87% ,两组近期疗效比较有显著差别意义 (P <0 0 5) ;(2 )两组关节炎症指数治疗前后差值的比较 :疼痛指数差值变化有显著差异 (P <0 0 5) ,肿胀指数及功能障碍指数的差值变化则无统计学意义 (P >0 0 5) ;(3)治疗组RF转阴率为 58 14% ,对照组RF转阴率为 30 4 3% ,经比较有显著意义 (P <0 0 5) ,两组ESR治疗前后比较均有显著差异 (P <0 0 5) ,而治疗前后差值比较则无统计学意义 (P >0 0 5)。说明 :中西医结合治疗组比单纯西药治疗对照组能更迅速缓解患者的关节疼痛 ,具有较好的短期疗效
61 cases of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) were treated by combination of TCM and WM, and 31 cases (control group) were treated with western medicine alone. The results showed that: (1) The total effective rate was 95.0% in the treatment group and 83.87% in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups in short term efficacy (P <0.05); (2) There were significant differences in the difference of pain index between the two groups (P <0.05), while there was no significant difference between the difference of swelling index and dysfunction index (P> 0.05). (3) The RF negative conversion rate was 58 14%, while the control group RF negative conversion rate was 30 4 3%, which was significantly (P <0 05). There was significant difference between the two groups before and after ESR treatment (P <0.05 ), But there was no significant difference between before and after treatment (P> 0.05). Description: Integrative Medicine group than Western medicine treatment group can more quickly relieve joint pain in patients with good short-term efficacy
