目的利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱-模式识别技术,评价乙肝颗粒“半仿生提取”条件和药材提取组合方式。方法采用不同来源的乙肝颗粒方药药材,以不同的提取方法、提取组合和投料量分别提取。测定提取液的HPLC指纹图谱,结合模式识别技术,比较不同的提取方式。结果不同组合方式和提取条件下获得的提取液化学模式有一定差异,已优选出的“半仿生提取”工艺和药材组合方式优于其他组合。结论 HPLC指纹图谱-模式识别技术能较好地评价乙肝颗粒的提取工艺,并可用于监控提取液的质量。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the combination of Hepatitis B particles and semi-bionic extraction with the method of HPLC fingerprint and pattern recognition. Methods Hepatitis B granules from different sources were extracted by different extraction methods, extraction and combination and the amount of feed. Determination of HPLC fingerprint of the extract, combined with pattern recognition technology to compare different extraction methods. Results There were some differences between the chemical compositions of the extracts obtained under different combinations and extraction conditions. The combination of the “semi-bionic extraction” and the medicinal herbs was better than the other combinations. Conclusion HPLC fingerprinting - pattern recognition technology can better evaluate the extraction process of Hepatitis B particles, and can be used to monitor the quality of extract.
