在(0±1)℃,不同浓度高O2(40%、60%、80%)结合高CO2(20%)储藏条件下,对铁皮石斛的色差、MDA含量、SSC含量、SOD活性进行测定,研究高O2结合高CO2(20%)对铁皮石斛的储藏品质影响。结果表明:不同浓度的高O2结合高CO2(20%)处理对鲜铁皮石斛的衰老有一定的抑制作用,其中O2含量60%到80%高O2结合高CO2(20%)对于抑制铁皮石斛的衰老有明显的抑制效果,尤以O2含量60%高O2结合高CO2(20%)储藏效果最佳。
