以某厂的冷轧机为研究对象,分析电气控制系统参数对板带材的成品质量和轧机振动产生的影响。使用MATLAB/Simulink模块对轧机动态轧制过程进行模拟仿真,结合理论分析得出了压下率和张力波动对带钢质量和轧机振动的模拟仿真图。结果表明,压下率可以引起板凸度的变化和轧机振动,张力波动会对工作辊振动产生影响;压下率和张力波动是引起轧机振动的主要因素,可以通过优化电气参数设定和改善张力控制方式来达到抑制轧机振动的效果。
Taking a cold rolling mill of a factory as the research object, the influence of the parameters of the electrical control system on the finished product quality and mill vibration of the strip and strip was analyzed. Using the MATLAB / Simulink module to simulate the rolling process of the rolling mill, the simulation and simulation diagram of the strip quality and rolling mill vibration with the rolling rate and the tension fluctuation are obtained by theoretical analysis. The results show that the rolling reduction can cause the variation of plate crown and the vibration of rolling mill. Tension fluctuation will affect the work roll vibration.
