[目的]确定一起食物中毒事件的中毒原因。[方法]现场调查与实验室检验。[结果]进食可疑食物者119人,发病率47.9%(57/119),均治愈。[结论]经流行病学调查及实验室检验,确定为一起蜡样芽胞杆菌污染引起的食物中毒事件。
[Purpose] To determine the cause of poisoning in food poisoning incidents. [Method] Field investigation and laboratory test. [Results] There were 119 suspicious foods, the incidence rate was 47.9% (57/119), all were cured. [Conclusion] The results of epidemiological investigation and laboratory tests confirmed that a food poisoning caused by Bacillus cereus pollution.
