双渐开线齿轮(我国又称变长线齿轮)传动中,大轮与小轮的齿廓干涉是难以避免的。设计这种传动的主要问题之一,是合理选择各个参数,把齿廓干涉量控制在合适的范围内,以便通过跑合加以消除,实现二齿廓的凸凹接触。本文考虑了刀具刀尖圆角的影响,对双渐开线齿轮的齿廓作了比较精确的数学描述,提出实用的干涉算法。并结合实例,分析了各参数对干涉的影响,列出了有关曲线。为双渐开线齿轮传动的优化设计进行了必要的准备。
Double involute gear (China also known as variable-length gear) transmission, the big wheel and the small tooth profile interference is inevitable. One of the main problems in designing such a transmission is to select various parameters reasonably and control the tooth profile interference within an appropriate range so as to eliminate and eliminate the contact between the two tooth profiles. In this paper, the effect of tool tip fillet is considered, and a more accurate mathematical description of the tooth profile of the double involute gear is made. A practical interference algorithm is proposed. With examples, the influence of each parameter on the interference is analyzed, and the related curves are listed. The necessary preparation for the optimization of double involute gear drive.
