采用差示扫描量热和x射线衍射技术研究Ni Fe Ga磁致形状记忆合金的马氏体相变行为 .结果发现 ,在多晶Ni56 5Fe1 9 0 Ga2 4 5和Ni56 3Fe1 7 0 Ga2 6 7合金中除马氏体相变外 ,还观察到一次完整的、正相变和逆相变对应出现、单纯由温度诱发的中间马氏体相变 .该中间马氏体相变与马氏体相变均为热弹性相变 .室温下合金的稳态马氏体为 14层单斜结构 .
The martensitic transformation behavior of NiFe Ga magnetic shape memory alloy was studied by differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray diffraction. It was found that in the polycrystalline Ni56 5Fe1 9 0 Ga2 4 5 and Ni56 3Fe1 7 0 Ga2 6 7 alloy In addition to martensitic transformation, but also observed a complete, positive phase transition and reverse phase correspondence, purely by temperature-induced intermediate martensitic transformation. The intermediate martensitic transformation and martensitic phase All of them become thermoelastic phase transitions.The stable martensite of the alloy is a 14-layer monoclinic structure at room temperature.
