中长跑作为高校体育教学的重要内容,对增强大学生的体质和健康状况起着非常重要的作用,同时通过中长跑的练习还可以培养学生顽强的意志品质,克服困难的精神,良好的心理定向,因而在教学中应给予充分的重视。由于中长跑运动量大,且枯燥无味,学生的畏惧心理比较严重。如何打消这种畏惧心理,有效地提高教学质量,并培养学生自觉进行锻炼的习惯,笔者根据项目和学生特点,摸索出提高高校中长跑教学质量的有效途径。

Based on the characteristics of the project and students, the author explores effective ways to improve the quality of middle and long distance running teaching in colleges and universities.
