目的观察农药降解对蔬菜中有机磷农药残留检测的影响及影响因素。方法用NY/T 761-2008方法分别对放置不同时间、不同保存温度、不同pH值和不同品种的蔬菜样品进行有机磷农药残留测定。结果样品在室温下放置24 h使部分有机磷农药发生严重降解,降解率最高的马拉硫磷在24 h内降解了74%。低温能有效减缓有机磷农药的降解,在不同的pH值下及不同品种的蔬菜中各种有机磷农药分别有不同的降解动态。结论低温保存和及时处理样品是减少有机磷农药降解的主要手段,实验室样品冷藏保存不宜超过24 h,以确保检测结果的准确性。
Objective To observe the influence of pesticide degradation on the detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables and its influencing factors. Methods The NY / T 761-2008 method was used to determine the organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetable samples placed in different time, different storage temperature, different pH values and different varieties. Results The samples were exposed to organophosphorus pesticides for 24 h at room temperature. The most degraded malathion degraded 74% within 24 h. Low temperature can effectively reduce the degradation of organophosphorus pesticides, and different organic phosphorus pesticides have different degradation dynamics under different pH values and different varieties of vegetables. Conclusion Low temperature storage and timely treatment of samples is the main means to reduce the degradation of organophosphorus pesticides. Laboratory samples should not be refrigerated for more than 24 h to ensure the accuracy of the detection results.
