随着经济全球化的不断推进,我国企业实施走出去战略的步伐也在不断加快。在提升企业国际竞争力和市场声誉的同时,也面临着诸如政治法律、文化形态、组织架构、制度体系等挑战,这就从客观上要求我国企业在布局国际市场前要做好战略部署。本文通过对新加坡某能源公司运用衍生金融工具及H发电上市公司并购管理过程进行经验总结,以期为我国企业进军海外市场提供经验借鉴。 With the constant promotion of economic globalization, the pace of implementing the strategy of going global for our country’s enterprises is also accelerating. While enhancing their international competitiveness and market reputation, they also face challenges such as political laws, cultural forms, organizational structures and institutional systems. This objectively requires Chinese enterprises to make strategic arrangements before they deploy the international market. This paper summarizes the experience of using a derivative financial instrument by Singapore’s energy company and the merger and acquisition management process of H-listed listed companies, with a view to providing experience for Chinese enterprises to enter the overseas market.
