近年来,有关HDL的流行病学调查以及实验室研究证明,血清HDL水平和机体胆固醇储备负相关;HDL可以和LDL受体竞争性结合,同时使细胞摄取的LDL胆固醇量减少,因而认为HDL具有保护作用;HDL和冠心病负相关,并用HDL水平判断冠心病的危险性。因此,有关HDL的分离方法受到广泛重视。本实验选用国外常用的三种沉淀法以及超速离心法定量血清HDL-C,以标准肝素-锰法为参考作了比较,以便为建立统一的HDL-C定量方法提供参考依据。报告如下。
In recent years, epidemiological investigations on HDL and laboratory studies have shown that serum HDL levels are negatively correlated with the body’s cholesterol pool; HDLs can competitively bind to LDL receptors and decrease the amount of LDL cholesterol taken up by the cells, and thus HDL is thought to have Protective effect; HDL and coronary heart disease negative correlation, and use HDL level to determine the risk of coronary heart disease. Therefore, the separation method of HDL has received extensive attention. In this study, three precipitation methods commonly used abroad and ultracentrifugation were used to quantify serum HDL-C, with reference to standard heparin - manganese method for reference, in order to provide a reference for the establishment of a unified HDL-C quantitative method.
