本文研制了一种以双安息香缩乙二胺合汞Hg(BBSEA)为中性载体的PVC膜碘离子电极,该电极对碘呈示出良好的选择性,此选择性来源于配合物中心Hg(Ⅱ)与碘之间的专一反应。电极对碘响应的线性范围是5×10~(-7)~5×10~(-4)mol/L,斜率58mV/dec(20C)。用交流阻抗和石英晶体微天平(QCM)技术探讨了电极的响应机理。该电极可用于药物中碘含量的测定。
In this paper, a double-benzoin ethylenediamine Hg (BBSEA) as a neutral carrier PVC membrane iodine ion electrode, the electrode showed a good selectivity for iodine, the selectivity derived from the complex center Hg (B Ⅱ) and iodine between the specific reaction. The linear range of electrode response to iodine is 5 × 10 -7 -5 × 10 -4 mol / L with a slope of 58 mV / dec at 20C. The response mechanism of the electrode was discussed by AC impedance and quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) technique. The electrode can be used for the determination of iodine in medicine.
