目的:了解长子县孕妇贫血患病率及有关因素,制定有效的干预措施,提高保健质量。方法:对1127例孕妇贫血状况进行回顾性分析。结果:孕妇贫血患病率35.4%,贫血患病率孕周增大而升高。影响因素有年龄、孕产次。随年龄增大、孕产次增加,贫血发病率上升。结论:应加强孕期保健宣教,减少妊娠次数,提高早孕建卡检查率,及时发现和纠正贫血,孕4个月开始常规补充铁剂,降低妊娠期贫血的发生率,降低和减少贫血对孕妇和胎儿的影响,以保母婴健康。
Objective: To understand the prevalence of anemia among pregnant women in Changzi County and its related factors, and to develop effective interventions to improve the quality of health care. Methods: The anemia of 1127 pregnant women was retrospectively analyzed.
