柔茎香茶菜(Rabdosia flexicaulis C. Y. Wu et H. w. Li)是唇形科多年生草本植物,在四川西南部生长丰富。它的化学成分过去未曾研究过。作者现在报道从该植物的叶分离到一个新的二萜,命名为柔茎香茶素A(flexicaulin A)1和两个已知二萜,鄂西香茶菜素A(henryin A)5和香茶菜星B(rabdoloxin B)6。结构是通过光谱和化学方法确定的。柔茎香茶菜(采自四川冕宁县)干叶(11.5kg),在索氏提取器中用乙醚提取,蒸去乙醚得一绿色残物,溶于甲醇,加活性炭(100g)回流1h,过滤(×3),滤液蒸发至1/3体积,过滤,得50g黄色粉末。甲醇蒸干得残
Rabdosia flexicaulis C. Y. Wu et H. w. Li is a perennial herb of the Labiatae family and grows abundantly in the southwest of Sichuan. Its chemical composition has not been studied in the past. The authors now report the isolation of a new diterpene from the leaves of the plant, named flexicaulin A1 and two known diterpenes, henryin A5 and Fragrant Tea dish star B (rabdoloxin B) 6. The structure is determined by spectral and chemical methods. The dry leaves (11.5kg) of soft stem scented tea vegetables (taken from Suining County, Sichuan) were extracted with ether in Soxhlet extractor, and a green residue was distilled off from the ether, dissolved in methanol, and activated carbon (100g) was refluxed for 1 hour. It was filtered (×3) and the filtrate was evaporated to 1/3 volume and filtered to give 50 g of yellow powder. Methanol evaporated to dryness
