牵引控制单元(TCU)是中国标准动车组牵引系统的核心关键部件。在分析中国标准动车组牵引控制单元系统功能的基础上,依据顶层设计,完成基于CPCI(Compact Peripheral Component Interconnect)高速数据总线的牵引控制单元硬件平台和软件平台开发与研制。自主研制的牵引控制单元在国家交流传动试验室已完成地面组合型式试验,装载自主研制牵引控制单元的中国标准动车组已在正线载客运行,装车考核状态良好,充分验证了牵引控制单元软硬件平台的可靠性、可用性。
The Traction Control Unit (TCU) is the key component of the traction system for China’s standard EMU. Based on the analysis of the functions of the traction control unit system of China standard EMU, the hardware and software platform of traction control unit based on CPCI (Compact Peripheral Component Interconnect) high speed data bus is developed and developed based on the top level design. The self-developed traction control unit has completed the ground combination type test in the national AC drive laboratory.
