本文简要地介绍了用CMC提高河北铜矿铜精矿品位,降低氧化镁含量的小型试验结果。根据矿石组成和矿物构造,作者认为河北铜矿铜精矿品位低的基本原因是天然可浮性很好的层状硅酸盐矿物如滑石,以及黄铁矿和磁黄铁矿等进入了泡沫产品。根据CMC分子结构和化学性质,对CAC与矿物表面作用机理作了简要的探讨。
This paper briefly introduces the results of small-scale experiments on improving grade of copper concentrate and reducing magnesia content in Hebei Copper Mine with CMC. According to the ore composition and mineral structure, the authors believe that the basic reason for the low grade of copper concentrate in Hebei Copper Mine is the formation of layered silicate minerals such as talc, which are very good in natural floatability, as well as the entry of pyrite and pyrrhotite into the foam product. According to the molecular structure and chemical properties of CMC, the mechanism of interaction between CAC and mineral surface is briefly discussed.
