本文介绍糜蛋白酶抑制容量试验对血清糜蛋白酶抑制物进行检测的方法。本法具有准确、微量、操作简便、显色稳定、不需特殊仪器等优点。血清在4～24μl,抑制糜蛋白酶活力随血清量的增加而增加,成一条抑制直线。正常参考值(97名血库献血员):119.6±18.9u((?)±SD)。批内变异系数为2.7～2.8%;批间变异系数为5.6～6.3%。对急性肝炎、慢性肝炎、肝癌患者作了初步观察,显示对临床有一定的实用价值。
This article describes the chymotrypsin inhibitor capacity test for the detection of serum chymotrypsin inhibitors. This method has the advantages of accuracy, traceability, easy operation, stable color development, and no need for special instruments. Serum in the 4 ~ 24μl, inhibition of chymotrypsin activity increases with the increase in the amount of serum, into a line of inhibition. Normal reference value (97 blood bank donors): 119.6 ± 18.9 u ((?) ± SD). The intra-assay coefficient of variation was 2.7 to 2.8%; the inter-assay coefficient of variation was 5.6 to 6.3%. The initial observation of patients with acute hepatitis, chronic hepatitis, and liver cancer showed a certain practical value for the clinic.
