目的:通过小鼠CD3AK细胞体外对靶细胞的杀伤活性及其体内抗肿瘤作用的观察,了解CD3AK细胞的体内外抗肿瘤效应。方法:采用MTT法检测小鼠CD3AK细胞体外抗肿瘤细胞毒活性,并通过实体瘤的大小、瘤组织病理切片形态观察等分析小鼠CD3AK细胞的体内抗肿瘤作用。结果:小鼠CD3AK细胞不仅体外具有较强的细胞毒作用,且能在小鼠体内抑制S180肿瘤细胞的生长和扩散,并诱导S180细胞坏死,与生理盐水对照组比较有显著差异。结论:CD3AK细胞具有较强的体内外抗肿瘤作用
OBJECTIVE: To study the anti-tumor effects of CD3AK cells in vivo and in vitro by observing the killing activity of mouse CD3AK cells against target cells in vitro and the anti-tumor effect in vivo. Methods: The anti-tumor cytotoxic activity of murine CD3AK cells was detected by MTT assay. The anti-tumor effects of murine CD3AK cells in vivo were analyzed by the size of solid tumor and morphological observation of tumor tissue. Results: CD3AK cells not only had strong cytotoxicity in vitro, but also inhibited the growth and proliferation of S180 tumor cells in mice and induced the necrosis of S180 cells, which was significantly different from that of saline control group. Conclusion: CD3AK cells have strong antitumor activity in vitro and in vivo
